Ingredients:
Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb Andouille sausage sliced
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb Okra sliced
- 1 large Onion diced
- 1 large Bell pepper diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper optional
Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Add chicken and sausage, cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pot, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until softened.

4. Add okra and cook for a few minutes until it starts to soften.

5. Return chicken and sausage to the pot. Add chicken broth, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

7. Add shrimp and cook for another 5-7 minutes until shrimp is cooked through.

8. Serve hot over rice or with crusty bread.
